When I say “food is my life” I’m not joking. Food impacts so many aspects of your life: your physical and mental health, your attitude and confidence, your concentration and sleep patterns, your energy and concentration and so much more. That is why I believe it is imperative to nourish your body with nutrient filled foods which will make you live your best life. Not to mention food is absolutely delicious- and healthy does not have to mean a bland bowl of lettuce and celery. As someone who has experienced restrictive eating I know the dangers of diet culture and I want to free everyone from those negative and detrimental thought processes.
